Directives:

Apply, when needed, your desired quantity on the inside of your wrists and/or on your solar plaxus(in the center of your abdonen, between the sternum and the navel). *** The Eucalyptus essential oil should be purposely applied on the chest and the upper back area. The Basil essential oil can also be applied on the stomach area.
