Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to stelluminacandleco@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival. Packages that are stolen/lost/delivered to the wrong address are non refundable. 

Please note: Our products are hand made and are unique batch to batch, and may appear slightly different then imaging on the website. Our handmade products may have minor cosmetic occurrences due to our choice of all natural wax, which may include glass separation, sweating, air bubbles, cracks and wax discolouration. These are all natural occurrences of Coconut Soy wax, and do not effect the candles burn.
